I had a fantastic stay, as the value for my money was spot on with spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect, right near the city center, and the staff were welcoming, especially SoYo!

The hotel breakfast menu could use some more variety in the pastries.

I really liked how spacious and clean the rooms were! The hotel is super close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The long pool is a definite plus for swimming laps, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of tasty options.

On the downside, I had a really hard time with the noisy air conditioning; it kept waking me up at night. the staff had serious language barriers, which made communication frustrating. Plus, I wish there were more activities nearby since the area felt pretty dead. Can't say I'd come back anytime soon.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hengchun, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The Japanese-themed room we stayed in was incredibly cozy and offered a beautiful view. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, even assisting us through LINE messaging. We were also impressed by their efforts to retrieve and return a jacket we left behind. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nestled in a serene and tranquil area a few kilometers away from the bustling seaside, this hotel is a perfect spot to unwind and relax with family. the staff is welcoming and accommodating, making guests feel at home. the breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety. the Japanese quadruple room is spacious and comfortable, with a few recreational facilities, including a skybridge and slides, that are great for kids and adults alike.

One downside is the lack of quality material used in the room that can cause it to be a bit noisy when the wind blows heavily.

Great Breakfast and Good Value for Money the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist area, but the breakfast was amazing and well-worth the price. that, the location was good for exploring the surrounding Kenting area. the staff was also nice and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance.

Noisy Rooms and Poor Swimming Pool Unfortunately, the quality of the room interior was not up to par, and the windows did not block the noise from the heavy wind blowing outside. the indoor pool was not very deep and quite disappointing, as it seemed to be designed solely for children.

The hotel is situated a bit far from the city center which makes it the perfect spot for a more peaceful stay. The breakfast served here is scrumptious and definitely worth the price. the place is clean and well-maintained.

The room could be improved in terms of soundproofing as the strong winds hit the window, making it quite noisy. , the quality of the materials used in the interiors of the room could be better.

This venue provided an outstanding experience, fulfilling all our luxurious needs. the service was impeccable and the private facilities were exceptional. the restaurant offered delectable dishes, exceeding all our expectations.

The indoor swimming pool was a bit shallow for my taste, but the aqua park made up for it. the decor of the room was not up to par and was a bit noisy at times due to strong winds, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

The manager was excellent. Great Japanese theme floor. Cozy and nice rooms. Amazing view. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Accommodating hotel staff.
